The LBDC is accessible day and night, with security assured by a personalized card-access system and camera surveillance. Its infrastructure meets the exacting standards of air and water quality, as well as the low rate of vibration, essential for biotech research activities.
Specialized equipment located in the LBDC are at the disposal of tenants. In addition, a network of underground passages facilitates access to the equipment and facilities of the INRS-Armand-Frappier Institute and the Experimental Biology Centre.
